Its Old news but still worth spreading about. Lets face it being a member of the armed forces used to be by conscription , so it makes sense to open up the legion to all patriots. I agree with the drive to join up BTW.

The RBL has always been open to anyone the only difference being that we now allow any member to hold office whereas before only ex service personnel were allowed to hold certain posts within branches and counties etc.
In my area both Michael Ancram and James Gray have been members for many years so Liam is slightly behind the times.
