My old mucker Daniel Hannan joins Grant Shapps today in arguing that David Cameron can win a majority in 2015...but only, it seems, if he promises an In/Out referendum.

Daniel clearly believes that, if the Prime Minister just goes for it, the mortal moon will her eclipse endure, and peace will proclaim olives of endless age.
