Cable: "I have declared war on Rupert Murdoch"

New extracts emerging from The Telegraph's Cable tapes. Murdoch's "whole empire is under attack" says the Business Secretary.

They have been released by the BBC's Robert Peston - not The Telegraph which had said it had published all of the tape.

The BBC, which had said it wouldn't broadcast the tapes this morning, has just aired this section of Cable's talk.
