The final list of the 37 pre-election Conservative frontbenchers who have not been made ministers

Now that Downing Street has finally published the full list of the Government, here is the promised analysis of what happened to the pre-election frontbench, as well as listing the new additions to the ministerial ranks and the Lib Dem ministers.
