New Ipsos-Mori poll puts Labour in third place behind the Lib Dems

The BBC is reporting a new Ipsos-Mori poll which sees Labour sink into third place behind the Lib Dems forwhat I believe would be the first time since the early 1980s.

The stated figures are:

IpsosMORI

Comparisons are with the August Ipsos-Mori poll.

These numbers, according to UK Polling Report, compute into the Conservatives being 8 seats short of an overall majority in the Commons.
