Simon Heffer launches strongest attack yet on David Cameron

In his column for tomorrow's Telegraph - already online - Simon Heffer accuses David Cameron of "moral and intellectual flaws", "cronyism", "tokenism", " political and intellectual vacuity" and spouting "drivel".  George Osborne is described as Cameron's "economically illiterate shadow chancellor".  Heffer accuses Cameron of being craven on the 50p tax band, Europe and the defence of private education.
