Volatile ICM puts Labour back in second place

ICM It caused a minor sensation at the time but an ICM poll that a couple of weeks ago put Labour third has been overturned in a new ICM survey for tomorrow's Guardian.

The poll also finds that "52% support electoral reform, while 43% want to keep the first past the post system."  The failure to define "voting reform" renders the poll fairly unhelpful, however.

UK Polling Report, recently evaluating pollsters' performance at the European Elections, found that "ICM ended up severely underestimating UKIP support and overestimately Lib Dem support."
