Labour down to 23%

The BPIX poll for the Mail on Sunday gives the Conservatives a 22% lead.

Labour Conservatives are on 45% (nc), the Conservatives Labour are on 23% (-3%) and the Liberal Democrats on 17% (nc).

I am told that CCHQ is rapidly drawing up strategy documents in the event of Alan Johnson and/or Harriet Harman becoming Labour leader in the next few months.

There is also a YouGov poll for The Sunday Times putting the Conservatives 16% ahead.

An ICM poll finds that 68% of voters have had their opinion of Gordon Brown damaged.

YouGov * BPIX is not included in ConHome's Poll of Polls because it does not appear regularly enough.
