Caerphilly County Borough - Penyrheol:

Plaid Cymru 929, Lab 554, Trade Unionists and Socialists Against Cuts 173, C 135. (May 2012 - Four seats Plaid Cymru 1361, 1196, 1110, Lab 1074, Plaid Cymru 992, Lab 917, 871, 851, Ind 398, Trade Unionists and Socialists Against Cuts 174).

Plaid Cymru hold. Swing 6.1% Lab to Plaid Cymru.

Norfolk County - Thetford West:
