The battle for West Lancashire

West Lancashire Borough Council is Conservative controlled. A third of the seats are up for election on Thursday. This year the Council achieved a Council Tax freeze.

In terms of the General Election the Lancashire West constituency is our 134th target seat. Of the 21 relevant wards when last contested 13 went to the Conservatives, eight went to Labour.

Good luck to the Conservative candidate Adrian Owens, a local councillor.
