Former Labour council leader wins libel damages from Ken Livingstone

Former Mayor of London Ken Livngstone has apologised and paid libel damages to the former Labour leader of Tower Hamlets Council, Michael Keith. Livingstone had said that Keith didn't live in the borough and had spread Islamaphobia. AS a results Livingstone will have to pay an estimated £11,000 in costs and damages.
