Islington Council's speed humps - on pedestrian road

Lib Dem controlled Islington Council has introduced speed humps on a pedestrian road to slow cyclists who also use the path. Residents complain they are "horrible" and "ridiculous." The Council has indicated it may remove them. But then who picks up the bill for them putting down humps and taking them away again?

This Council has been in trouble before with installing humps that are illegally high.

Have the Lib Dems ever seen a road hump they didn't like?
