One local government by-election result from June 25th 2009

It would appear there was only one local government by-election yesterday, in Scotland, the result of which was as follows:

Monifeith and Sidlaw ward, Angus Council
SNP - 2,486 (68.6%, +14.3)
Conservative - 698 (19.3%, +0.8)
Lib Dem - 439 (12.1%, +4.9)
SNP hold
