Gateshead Council had Chelsea Flower Show entry

Wndow02 Gateshead Council is celebrating after its "A Window of Opportunity" garden at the Chelsea Flower Show won a silver award from the Royal Horticultural Society.

But are the Council Taxpayers in Gateshead celebrating? Northumbrian Water sponsored the entry but it is not clear what proportion of the cost they covered.
