Tory council send traffic wardens on politeness course

Tory-run Worthing Council is seeking to reduce the complaint about their traffic wardens by sending them on courtesy courses. Generally I think Council staff spend far too much time on training courses but I think courtesy courses are probably a good idea.

Worthing are also proposing to make the traffic wardens less intimidating but stopping them from going around in packs, halving the number of them and making their uniforms more understated.
