Councillor listens to iPod during prayers

Dartmouth Town Council in Devon is to continue saying prayers at its monthly meetings. Councillor Brian Broughton protested by listening to his iPod and had asked for the decision to be overturned.

Should we have prayers at the start of Council meetings? I think so and wrote an article for The Guardian about it last year.
