RMT boss Bob Crow promises to make 2010 "a year of concerted trade union action"

“We are facing a tough year ahead but if we make 2010 a year of concerted trade union action there is no doubt we can mobilise a fightback which can stop the attacks on jobs, services, pay and conditions dead in its tracks.”
