Daily Mail: "Plans to provide electronic records to NHS patients are running way behind schedule and billions over budget, it has emerged. Major delays mean that the programme will not be in place until early 2008, while the health minister overseeing the project has admitted that it is likely to cost £20bn rather than the widely quoted figure of £6.2m."
Ahh............so that's where they work out the arrangements for Working Tax Credit!

I looked at these posters and thought they were the best I'd seen since the 1979 election campaign. Absolutely excellent - I hope they go far!
And all so true - that is the sadness of the present situation, so many people seem to think Labour are doing alright when we all know the country is in a truly shocking state. They have wrecked absolutely everything - the NHS, adult social care, the pension sysem, the road system, the railways, the postal service/post offices - all for the sake of bribing 16 year olds with educational maintenance allowance.
The same old Labour, profligate as ever, totally useless. They really couldn't run a bun fight at a tea shop.
