Republican Governors accused of evoking Guy Fawkes in anti-Obama 'Remember November' campaign

Three months ago US Republican Governors launched a web-based 'Remember November' campaign that aims to rally voters for this year's mid-term elections on 2nd November. The first video is Reaganite in its inspirational tone:

The second video is highly negative about President Obama's record and appears designed to reach Tea Party voters:
