After ballots of party members in the five regions of Wales, the names of the candidates for the regional top-up lists have been announced as follows:
North Wales
1. Mark Isherwood - AM for North Wales since 2003
2. Brynle Williams - AM for North Wales since 2003
3. Antoinette Sandbach - Contested Delyn at 2007 Assembly election and 2010 general election
Mid and West Wales
1. Nick Bourne - Assembly Conservative group leader and AM for Mid and West Wales since 1999
2. Lisa Francis - AM for Mid and West Wales, 2003-2007
South Wales West
1. Suzy Davies - Contested Brecon & Radnorshire at 2007 Assembly election and 2010 general election
2. Byron Davies - Contested Gower at 2007 Assembly election and 2010 general election
South Wales Central
1. Andrew Davies - AM for South Wales Central since 2007
2. David Melding - AM for South Wales Central since 1999
3. Lyn Hudson - Cardiff Councillor since 2008
South Wales East
1. William Graham - AM for South Wales East since 1999
2. Mohammad Asghar - AM for South Wales East since 2007 (elected as Plaid Cymru but joined the Conservatives in 2009)
