Another Labour MP in a marginal seat throws in the towel

The Birmingham Post reports that Sylvia Heal, Labour MP for Halesowen and Rowley Regis and sister of fellow Labour MP Ann Keen, is quitting at the general election.

The news will be a further boost to Conservative candidate James Morris, who requires a swing of 4.8% to gain the seat from Labour at the forthcoming election.
