Following Ian Taylor's decision to step down at the next general election, Esher and Walton Conservatives have opted to select a new candidate by virtue of an open caucus, which has been set for November 21st at Sandown Park.
Applications for the seat are yet to be opened, but the association chairman, Chris Platt, has indicated that the deadline will be October 21st.
