Peter Lyburn has been adopted for one of Scotland's most marginal seats. ToryBear has more.
Mr Lyburn, just 24, has been selected for Perth and North Perthshire. The seat has a projected SNP majority of 1,521. The PoliticsHome poll of marginals predicts an SNP hold. PoliticsHome does, however, predict that the Conservatives should gain Dumfries and Galloway, Renfrewshire East and Edinburgh South.
