The ConservativeHome team are off to Downing Street later today to join guests of David Cameron to celebrate Lady Thatcher's 85th birthday. The Prime Minister announced the occasion during his speech to last week's Party Conference. He described the Iron Lady as "the greatest peacetime Prime Minister of the last century".
