3pm: The Areas where Liberal Democrat and Conservative Co-Operation will be Easy, Possible and Difficult: Paul Goodman will present his analysis and Olly Grender (TBC) will reply. Paul was MP for Wycombe until the General Election and now part of the ConservativeIntelligence team. Olly Grender is former Head of Communications for the Liberal Democrats.

3.30pm: The Politics of the New Government: A panel discussion with Lynton Crosby of Crosby Textor, Michael White of The Guardian and Fraser Nelson of The Spectator.

4pm: Tea Break

4.30: The Social Agenda: Iain Duncan Smith MP on the future of Cameron's 'Big Society' idea.

5pm: The Economic Agenda: One speaker to be confirmed and Allister Heath of City AM, looks at the deficit challenge and the extent of overlap between Tory and Liberal Democrat economic policies. 

5.30pm: The New Conservative Parliamentary Party: Jonathan Isaby of the ConservativeIntelligence team offers top conclusions about the new parliamentary party. What do they believe? How loyal will they be? What are their attitudes to the Liberal Democrats?

6pm: Conference Ends/Drinks begin

6.30pm: The Tory Election Campaign: Tim Montgomerie of ConservativeIntelligence will give a special presentation during the drinks reception which follows the formal sessions. He will look at the strengths and weaknesses of the Tory campaign and the party's readiness for any second election.

ConservativeIntelligence's 'New Parliament' conference

The New Parliament conference hosted by ConservativeIntelligence.com will analyse the result of the 2010 General Election. The exact conference schedule and content will be fixed as soon as the election result is known.

ConservativeIntelligence's guide to the Tory manifesto is now available to buy

The Conservative 2010 manifesto - conference and special publication

On January 20th 2010 (1.30pm to 6pm) in central London, ConservativeIntelligence.com will host a conference previewing the tactics and strategy of the major parties in the run up to the election. The Conference will see the publication of an unofficial Conservative Party manifesto...

(1) comprehensively setting out the party's policies; (2) assessing those policies' strengths and weaknesses; and (3) suggesting a draft timetable for a Conservative government's first year.

Oliver Letwin MP, the author of the Conservative 2010 Manifesto and Head of Tory Policy, will open the conference at 1.30pm with an official overview of the key themes that would characterise a Conservative Government.

Jonathan Isaby and Tim Montgomerie of ConservativeIntelligence.com will lead the main presentations. In addition there will be two Q&A panels:
