John Mearsheimer? Presumably you liked his 'Tragedy of Great Power Politics'? Alas, his 'stopping power of water' theory is bunkem, although I enjoyed the book. GoodLiberal, yes, I put Mearsheimer down on the basis of how much I learned from his Tragedy of Great Power Politics. I definitely don't share his recently expressed views on Israel.
