CF candidates list

There seem to be rumours about rumours of new people throwing their hats into the ring for NME or Chairman. The more the merrier.

I've updated the list of Area Chairman candidates with a few who don't have websites (those that do are indicated with an asterisk). There must be a lot more than the nine listed though... surely?
