Expects were quick off the mark in highlighting the realities

service.
As we explore further today on the

follow, two weeks later. A policy revolution – long overdue – may be only a
month away. Whether it comes willingly or accidentally remains to be seen.
One thing
is more immediately apparent. In the world of the OODA loop – Observe,

phase involves editorial decisions, and the possibility of any story never
making copy. The Action element adds another half day’s delay, and even more
for the Sundays. Guido’s predictions about the role of internet commentators (or
at least the Netocracy) usurping the traditional cutting edge role of print
journalists seems to have been once again proven right.
