Niche, sector-specific media is a strange world. In my time I've come across a weird and wonderful range of publications, many of which would not look out of place as Have I Got News For You guest publications.
This one really takes the biscuit, though. Doesn't it say everything about the bloated size of the state that there is now a whole magazine dedicated to "Public Sector Travel"?
