Keeping Burma on the agenda

I know I am relentless in bringing Burma to your attention, but I believe I owe it to the people of Burma to continue to do all I can to raise awareness about their plight. I am therefore taking the liberty of posting here my latest article, "Where Impunity Reigns", published in The New York Times and The International Herald Tribune. I would also like to draw your attention to a recent debate I spoke in at Intelligence Squared. The motion was "It's Time to Lift Sanctions against Burma". At the beginning, before the speeches, a slight majority of the audience voted in favour of the motion. By the end, my two colleagues and I speaking against motion had defeated it by a majority of 37 votes.
