Andrew Bolt is asking the question in Australia.
The National Post is asking the question in Canada.
Commonwealth leaders have signed up to a $10bn annual fund to help developing nations address climate change.
It's not clear who will be paying what share.
It's not clear if this will be instead of aid spending that is currently combating hunger and disease or if it is new money?
And, given recent history, it's also possible that the promise of money is dishonest.
We can add this to Matt Sinclair's worry that action on climate change (without wider benefits) is going to be very expensive... especially for the poor in Britain.
