We recently discussed the worst extremes of Britain's injunction culture here on CentreRight. Over at Big Brother Watch, a brave freelance journo, Willard Foxton, has put his head over the parapet to claim that
Britain's libel laws are killing investigative journalism
And his story certainly seems to support that proposition.
We were all right to say that the super-injunction was an absurdity, and perhaps we've seen the end of it now - the point of this piece is that, day to day, the plain old normal injunction (and even the threat of it) is choking things just the same.
