I've just had this email exchange with the editor of an American website:
Them: Morning Monty. Can you write something for us on Geert Wilders and UK Muslims?
Me: Sure. How many words? Can't do it today though. BTW Would you be interested in a piece on Brown as background to his Washington visit?
Them: When's Brown coming?
Me: Today. He's meeting Obama.
Them: No offence but no thanks. He's hardly box office. Send over the Wilders piece as soon as you can.
