The Daily Mail website used to be as bad as the Daily Express' site still is but in the last year or so Mr Paul Dacre has ordered a massive overhaul. They now have a Debate page which you should add to your favourites. I have. I understand it aspires to be a centre right rival to The Guardian's Comment is free.
