With their official government website at www.government.gov.ge unable to cope with the amount of traffic being generated by panicked citizens (or hold up under the pressure of Russian cyber-attacks?), the Government of Georgia has turned to blogging in order to keep their citizens informed of the latest developments in the conflict with Russia.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is posting up-to-the-minute details of Russian incursions.
