Yesterday I visited the 'Talk to Frank' double decker bus. On the bus they take your photo and transform you into a baseball cap-wearing drug addict. This seems a good moment to pay tribute to Graham Brady's recent campaign to urge the Frank website to take a tougher line on cannabis. Mr Brady recently won concessions from the Home Office after demanding that the Frank site take a tougher line on the mental health problems associated with cannabis use.
