Paid supporters of the Euro treaty

Last week, Foreign Office mouthpiece David Miliband told us that lots and lots of NGOs supported the European Constitution Lisbon Treaty.  According to Dan Hannan, it now turns out that every single one of the organisations Miliband mentioned is actually in receipt of Brussels money.
