Monday: Westminster representation for Britain's overseas territories (David T Breaker)
Tuesday: Fund political parties through a flat rate levy per elector with the recipient chosen via a tick box on the tax return (David Simpson)
Wednesday: Police officers should not usually patrol in pairs (Victoria Borwick)
Thursday: Fines to discourage speeding, not generate revenue (Owen Meredith)
Friday: A national domestic waste strategy (Dominic de Mariveles)
Interesting proposition on Monday. Is it worth it, though, for the small number of small territories we have?

Hmmm, interesting idea David. Anyone interested in invading a small island and smuggling foreigners into it to boost our chances of a majority in a few years time?
