Is Theresa Villiers moving towards opposing ALL airport expansion in the south east?

ConHome has defended Theresa Villiers' performance from her critics.  For reasons she sets out on Comment is free today, her opposition to expansion of Heathrow is a vote winner.  I am, however, beginning to worry that she is getting close to opposing all airport expansion.

As well as opposing Heathrow exapansion she visited the HQ of the Stop Stansted Expansion campaign recently to rule out a second runway at the airport under all circumstances.  She also visited Castle Point to "categorically" rule out Boris Johnson's idea of a Thames Estuary airport.  In December she ruled out a second runway at Gatwick.

The Conservatives must not become anti-air travel.
