Mark Clarke selected for Tooting

Mark_clarke_5 Mark Clarke, Chairman of Conservative Future, was the surprise winner at tonight's open primary. He went through on the first ballot, beating Lucy Allan and Melanie Hampton. The Labour majority of 5381 is feasibly surmountable considering the Conservative performance in the local council. Picture from The Vol Abroad's review of the night.
