MEPs sent a message in snowy Brussels

Outside the European Parliament building in Brussels is a fenced off quadrangle which yesterday was covered in virgin snow. Overnight some mischevious folk decided to send the MEPs in their offices above a stark message. As the picture shows, they arrived at work today to the message "NO TO LISBON", although the authorities appear already to have attempted to erase the "NO". Thanks to Roger Helmer MEP for passing on the snap, which he took from his office window earlier this morning.
