Hot on the heels of Hans-Gert Pöttering MEP's hope  that Americans would be excited at next year's the European parliamentary elections ias Europeans were excited by America's election we learn of another out-of-touch MEP. Graham Watson, LibDem MEP, will be addressing the above question at a meeting of the British Chamber of Commerce in Belgium. If only, is my reply.
