Gordon Brown has NEVER referred to Ken Livingstone by his name

I did a post last week on Centre Right on how Gordon Brown couldn't bring himself in PMQs to say the words "Ken Livingstone". Last week, he talked about the "need for a Labour Mayor". This week, it was even worse. Replying to a softball question from Labour's Andrew Dismore, Brown defended only the "administration" at City Hall, but he did use the opportunity to refer directly to Conservative candidate Boris Johnson. Once again, it was all very strange - how can a Prime Minsiter not refer to his number one election candidate by name, only three months before election day? Even stranger is this - searching 19 years of Hansard records online, Brown has actually never mentioned Ken Livingstone by either name nor as the Honorable Member for Brent East.
